Claim API Error

Hi Support,

We have received following error while submitting ACC Claim using Claim API

There is an ACC System issue. Advise ACC Digital Operations on 0800 222 994 option 1. You'll need to resubmit your content later. Field:

This issue occured on 24/04/2018 at 16:23 NZ time.

Our end users are very much frustrated refusing to use this API. Can you please let me know what caused this issue and is it resolved or not.

Can you please provide us possible error messages that claim API can return so that we can encapsulate them with user friendly messages for end users?

We have resovled the issue with the API claim submission and notified the affected clinic that this has been fixed. Brent Fry has also notified your team of this fix and you can now re-start your submissions.
