Compliance environment - Error while registering a claim

Dear Support,

We are recieving an error message while trying to add a claim in the complaince environment. Can you please investigate?

We have been experiencing a technical issue with our compliance envrionment this week, and we expect that the issue will be resolved by COB Today (NZ Time). Apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

I will provide another update once I receive confirmation of resolution.

There was a restart of one

There was a restart of one our systems last night which may explain why you weren't able to access it at the time. You should be able to access it now.

As a seed customer for the new APIs would you be able to supply us with the maintainence schedule in advance so that we can schedule activities on our end accordingly?

Scheduled outages will be communicated beforehand, unfortunately in this case the decision for the outage was made last minute due to an unforeseen issue which has now been resolved.
