Error while posting a claim in compliance environment

Dear Support,
We are receiving this error while submitting a claim to https://provider.api-compliance.acc.co.nz/api/v2/claims:
403
{"errors":[{"message":"You are not authorised to access this service. Contact ACC Digital Operations on 0800 222 994 option 1 to arrange permission.","field":""}]}

We use correct certificate (checked via https://secure.healthlink.net/certinfo) and status for "API Product: Submit Claim - Compliance" is approved for our app.
I can provide our JSON request if needed.
