Sending information to ACC is dependent on which technology option was deployed TILE or Agent.

In most cases the solution will be the TILE solution.

• The TILE option is a semi manual process that is initiated when a person logs into the Portal and 'drops' a file.
• The transfer is Real Time, however there maybe a delay (up to an hour) to process through ACC's back end.

The Agent solution is slightly more automated, but more technical to implement, along with the security concerns.

• The Agent solution requires the zipped file to be stored on organisation infrastructure.
• The Agents installed become responsible for the transfer on a scheduled basis.
• The Organisational Datastore needs to be shared with ACC.
• The schedule is controlled by ACC and is usually hourly, this can be changed on request.
